Alfajiri Business Networking offers a platform for hosting individual events and an exclusive business network. This network provides top decision-makers from Europe with access to inspiring virtual content, live and virtual networking events, and prebooked 1-to-1 meetings with related to their challenges and investment needs.
2. About the Alfajiri Business Network
As part of your membership, you have the opportunity to participate in 3-6 meetings lasting 15 minutes each with our every quarter. These meetings can be scheduled within 2-hour slots of your choosing. Additionally, throughout the year, you will have access to all available content, both live and virtual. Membership grants complimentary access to all content and programs within the network once you conduct your pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings.
2.1 Alfajiri Business Networking – Terms & Conditions
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email and schedule an introduction call with a representative from Alfajiri Business Networking. During this welcome call, we will create your Alfajiri Business Networking Member profile, arrange your 1-to-1 meetings with , and identify relevant content for your participation.
Please be aware that your registration for 1-to-1 meeting times and physical gatherings is binding. If you are unable to attend your pre-booked meetings with our with us, we will reschedule them for a date of your choosing.
Should you wish to cancel your meetings and unsubscribe from the executive network within 4 weeks of the selected meeting day, we kindly request that you nominate a colleague of equal standing to attend the meetings in your stead. To unsubscribe from the Alfajiri Business Networking, please submit your request in writing to your Alfajiri Business Networking contact person or send it to inquiries@alfajirinetworking.com.
3. About the Networking Platform: Mobile Service
Mobile Service is Alfajiri Business Networking’s proprietary mobile platform designed for matching and participants. As an event attendee, an Alfajiri Live network member, or a representative of a solution provider, you will receive a link to create your password and log in. This access allows you to create, update, or review your Alfajiri Business Networking profile, as well as participate in the live matching process.
3.1 Your Alfajiri Business Networking Profile
Your profile is visible to With us and is utilized to facilitate networking with peer groups based on industry or position. We use this profile to identify and offer you the most relevant content, organize networking meetings with potential partners, and connect you with peer groups based on industry or position.
Alfajiri Business Networking retains the right to utilize this data in anonymized and aggregated form to create reports on interest and investment trends, as well as group profiles of event attendees. These reports are intended for insights sharing with club members, marketing purposes, and other uses.
3.2 Networking at Live or Virtual Events with Mobile Service
To enhance networking at live events or within the virtual event portal, as an event attendee, you agree that Alfajiri Business Networking may share your personal information, including your first name, last name, title, and company name, with other participants at the event, including .
3.3 Pre-booked 1-to-1 Meetings with With us
In order to facilitate pre-booked 1-to-1 networking, both within and outside our virtual solutions, you, as a participant, consent to Alfajiri Business Networking sharing certain contact information, including your first name, last name, company, title, switchboard number of your Company HQ, and email address, with With us with whom you have accepted meetings. Any data shared with With us during the event is subject to the With us’ own Privacy Policy.
4. About the Virtual Event Platform: Invite People
Invite People is a 3rd party virtual event platform utilized to facilitate 1-to-1 meetings, presentations, group discussions, and networking. As an event attendee, an Alfajiri Live network member, or a representative of a solution provider, you will receive a link to create your password and log in to join meetings and watch sessions.
All presentations, including Q&A sessions, will be recorded and made available for a limited time, accessible to all event participants.
Please note that video calls between participants, pre-booked 1-to-1 video meetings, and break-out sessions will not be recorded or made available after the event.
4.1 Networking at Live or Virtual Events with Invite People
To facilitate networking within the event portal, you, as an event attendee, an Alfajiri Live network member, or a solution provider representative, agree that your personal information, including your first name, last name, title, company name, function title, industry, and country of location, will be visible to other event attendees, Alfajiri Live members, and solution provider representatives.
4.2 Pre-booked 1-to-1 Meetings with With us
In order to facilitate pre-booked 1-to-1 networking, both within and outside our virtual solutions, you, as a participant, consent to Alfajiri Business Networking sharing certain contact information, including your first name, last name, company, title, switchboard number of your Company HQ, and email address, with With us with whom you have accepted meetings. All use of Invite People is governed by Invite People’s Terms and Conditions.
5. About Virtual Event Arrangement
You can register as a delegate for the event on our website by completing the invited delegate registration form, which includes providing the requested information. Following your registration, we will provide you with additional information about With us and instructions for meetings between with us and you.
We will commence planning practical arrangements immediately to ensure your participation is as successful as possible. Starting 7 weeks prior to the event, we will begin organizing discussion groups and confirming meetings between With us and delegates.
5.1 Event: Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that your registration for the event is binding. If you need to cancel your participation, kindly inform us immediately. Should you cancel within 7 weeks before the event’s start date, we will request that you nominate a colleague of the same level to attend the event as a replacement. This enables the transfer of all arrangements to the new delegate. If this is not possible, we request that you schedule the 1-to-1 meetings with our the week before the event or the day after the event.

The processing of your personal data is governed by Alfajiri Business Networking’s Privacy Policy. While we may provide certain contact information to other Delegates of the event to facilitate networking, this data is treated as confidential and is generally not available to the public. Any data shared with during the event is subject to the Alfajiri Business Networkings’ own Privacy Policy.
